ON-PREMISE SALES BY STATE
Using the latest RestauranTrak data, this animated heat map shows the average total $ velocity per outlet (for each state) VS a typical day.
What’s a ‘typical day’? We define baseline / ‘typical’ days from the 6 months prior to March, when the COVID-19 impact became apparent.
As the outbreak continues and On Premise outlets continue to be affected, some states may disappear from the heatmap where they do not reach the data thresholds we have in place.
